KOMMANDE OVK BESIKTNING

På uppdrag av fastighetsägaren kommer vi att utföra en så kallad Obligatorisk Ventilationskontroll (OVK). För att denna ska kunna utföras på ett korrekt sätt, behöver jag ditt medgivande om tillträde till bostaden.

Arbetet i din bostad bedöms ta ca 5…30 minuter beroende på ventilationssystemets komplexitet.

Besiktning datum: Se tidsangivelse i bifogad E-post.

Jag ber Dig därför fylla i nedanstående fullmakt och återsända denna snarast genom att klicka på knappen ”Skicka” längst ned.

UPCOMING OVK INSPECTION

On behalf of the property owner, we will be conducting a Mandatory Ventilation Inspection (OVK). To carry this out correctly, I require your consent to access your home.

The work in your home is estimated to take approximately 5–30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the ventilation system.

Inspection date: Please see the time specified in the attached email.
